To avoid long queues that are sometimes many km-s long. We call it "Miss" because it speaks with the young female voice.
Look at the photo. Over the chackout doors are 2 pictures on the white background. One is with the hand. It means, there is a man to take payment money there. The other is without hand. It means there is "Miss" there.
Do you see how long is the queue on the left and only 2 cars on the right. :0)))
My husband does not like "Miss" generally because every operation takes different seconds there and all the payment process is long enough. Longer as with the man. But when my husband sees this situation, beginns to say: "I do not understand why nobody loves the poor "Miss". She is so brave, so educated!"
("Miss" is very educated. She says always "Good day!" and after payment " Good Bye! See you!" The man nobody says something like this.
