How To Remain Optimist In The Period Of Crisis

Reading news this morning I found an article about the rules to follow in the hard times if you are optimist.

It could be nothing too special but I found some of these advises funny and share them with you:

Remain optimist because the other side of the reality is depression and it's not the best solution for you. Think about your family, friends. Crisis is not a tragedy but a challenge.

Now you can learn how less needs actually a person:
don't use a car but go at feet. It's healthy and saves money because you do not go in the shops too often -it's uncomfortable to take in hand heavy bags.
don't go in the restaurants -cook personally, make juises, drink mineral water with lemon and prepare marmelades. This is healthy food and not expensive.
Call your friends to visit you. Play table-games.
try to plant and grow vegetables for your kitchen.

Now you have so much time for your health! Make fitness.

Read classic books. Reading is very interesting and than you become more positive together with the main characters.

  2. Yes, they are good these advises but funny too. Because we forgot the natural life and it seems funny.

  5. I like how you called it: how the things used to be. I read Ekklesiast just a moment ago (chapter 1) where he says: everything turns from where it began (excuse my free translation).

I'm not back. I'm allways there. :-))) I'm a member of so many different "communities" that even forgot the names. All this just to have maybe some more visitors -when I had PR and earned some coins with advertisers. But I never had time to study how all these programs work. Except BlogCatalog maybe that I used to visit for a little period.

  7. Glad to hear you came to this conclusion too.

There are soo many all sorts of communities now because the owners earn great money with them. But they are not very useful for visitors while everybody wants only to have and rarely gives something to others. And if nobody gives -nobody receives.
