During my little walk today I suddenly came out in front of a place called "Park of the Silent". Only when I got closer did I realize that it was a place to place the ashes of loved ones. I've seen a place like this before. Actually, two. But it seems to me that they were dedicated to animals.
Seeing these piles of ashes honestly made a strong impression on me. This is all that remains after our existence. You know, it's really hard.
You think you are the center of the world, perhaps you try to free your place in life using all the ways at your disposal and perhaps walking over the heads of your enemies... And then, as Woland says in "Master and Margarita", suddenly you discover that you are mortal...
And that you are nothing more than this handful of ashes...
Suddenly I heard the sound of a bell. Someone brought Buddhist flags and a bell there. Its sound in the wind should remind us that life is not eternal and that you need to do good deeds. Impermanence.
Someone left a cross hanging on the tree, and someone had a strip of cloth.
I didn't have anything with me at all. I went out for a very short walk. I only had a keychain with the cat's head that sounds a little. So I left this gift.
