My dear, do you know that not only yoghurt you eat is healthy?
I like yoghurt very much, but in the last tim I read different articles, that yoghurt, specially that with fruits are not good for health. Sincerely I don't remember the reason, if you know, write it. Something about flavours of fruits, addicted chemistry.
That is why I wanted to tell you this receipe of healthy yoghurt made in home.
-milk deprived of fat
-white deprived of fat yoghurt to drink with bifidobacteria
- (if you have) tea with Schizosaccharomycodes ludwigii
-honey if you like it more sweet
I take 0,75 l of yoghurt with 1 bottle of yoghurt with bifidobacteria. I put the bottle on my kitchen table and leave it for 1-2 days. They say, with bran it will be the most healthy food you can have today.
